Your privacy is guaranteed. I sincerely appreciate my customers and understand the value of protecting your rights. Under no circumstances do I sell or rent my customer names, addresses, or any other customer information whatsoever. I only use your name, e-mail address, telephone number, mailing address, and credit card information to process your orders. This information is stored in a secure database and is only available to individuals with proper authorization.

After your order has been filled, your credit card information is deleted from the shop's database. Please remember that when you use a link to go from this website to another website, this website's privacy policy will no longer be in effect. You will be subject to the rules and policies of that site, and I encourage you to review them.

All credit card transactions are handled by PayPal, which automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to PayPal's using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL).

Ordering

Secure on-line ordering is available for Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover through our own merchant account, or Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Electronic Check through PayPal.

I do not add any credit card surcharges.  I will accept personal checks; however, please allow 7 additional days for your check to clear. Besides ordering on-line, you may also order by calling me at 208-830-0911.  I will begin processing your order upon receipt of your order, but I cannot ship until payment is received and has cleared.

Idaho Orders: All deliveries within Idaho are subject to the applicable sales tax.

Personalized Gift Card

A personalized message will be sent with your gift. Simply enter your message in the "Gift Card Message" section when ordering. Unless you wish to remain anonymous to the recipient, be sure to sign your name!  However, if you forget, I will contact you!

Gift Wrapping Options

Gift Wrapping OptionsI have an exquisite selection of wrapping papers and coordinating ribbon to wrap your gift for a stunning presentation.  I will choose the appropriate wrapping materials to fit the theme of your gift.

To order gift wrapping, simply select "Please Gift Wrap" during the checkout process.  Please be sure to also include your heart-felt message for the gift enclosure card in the "Shipping Instructions," also found during the checkout process.

Receipts/Statements

Because the majority of  shipments are shipped directly to the gift recipient, I do NOT include any payment information with the order. You will receive an automated receipt by e-mail when you place your order. Receipts by mail are available upon request.

Pricing, Availability, and Limits

Prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Published prices do not include shipping, handling, sales tax, and insurance. I will notify you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval before I complete your order. I will not complete your order until I have your approval. I reserve the right to limit sales, including the right to prohibit sales to resellers, even after I have received and confirmed your order.

Substitutions

Inventory is constantly changing due to the discovery of new items, the availability of products from suppliers, the discontinuation of products by suppliers, and seasonal changes. Substitutions may sometimes be necessary, but quality will never be compromised. Products and containers will only be substituted for other items with an equal or greater value, with no additional cost to you and only with your prior approval.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Customer satisfaction is very important to me. Although individual situations and circumstances will vary, my general policy is shown below. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or concerns.

If an item is unsatisfactory, please send me a detailed e-mail within 5 days of receipt of your order. Please do not discard any item, as I may issue a call tag to pick up the order. Refunds, either full or partial, will be determined upon review.

To return or exchange an item, send an e-mail to me within 5 days of receipt of your order indicating your reason for return. Please note: Returned items must be in new condition with unopened packaging and products intact. Shipping costs for returns or exchanges will be your responsibility. Refunds or credits do not include original shipping and handling charges. Note: Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will be posted to the original credit card used at the time of sale.

If an item is returned to me unopened because it was refused or declared undeliverable, you have the option to re-ship and to pay the additional shipping charges. Or if you wish to cancel the order, I will give you a 50% credit, excluding the shipping charges, to cover restocking costs.

Most often, the delivery providers (UPS, USPS) have a signature release waiver and will leave packages at their own discretion (front porch, backdoor, neighbor, etc.) if they feel it is a secure location. Tracking information is provided on all packages (excluding APO/FPO addresses) as proof of delivery. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery, but I will assist you with putting a tracer on the package for recovery or for a refund from the delivery carrier.

Insurance is provided on all shipped items. If a product arrives broken or damaged during shipment, send an e-mail to sales@kindredspiritsgiftshop.com within 5 days, and I will arrange shipping for you to exchange the item at no charge to you. Please keep the original box and packaging so a claim can be filed with the delivery provider.

Domestic Shipping

All orders are shipped F.O.B. destination once credit is approved. In an effort to deliver all products in a timely manner, your order may be fulfilled in multiple shipments. If any item in your order is delayed or back ordered, I will ship the items when they become available. You may receive more than one shipment for each order. 

Note: I do not ship to APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses.

All orders are shipped Monday through Friday only, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday delivery is not available. Overnight air shipping is not available for Saturday or Sunday delivery. Delivery time is from point of order fulfillment in Meridian, Idaho, not order placement. If your package is lost or damaged, please send me an e-mail at sales@kindredspiritsgiftshop.com or contact me at 303-880-5528.

During the check-out process, you may select a shipping method.  You may choose from United Parcel Service (UPS) and the United States Post Office (USPS) .  Please be sure to select which service you desire under your preferred shipper that best fits your time schedule and budget.  Insurance is automatically included within the shipping rate.

Ground Delivery: Allow three-to-five non-holiday business days for delivery.
Next-Day Air: Orders must be received by 1 p.m. Mountain Time.
Second-Day Air: Two non-holiday business days for delivery.
Three-Day Select: Three non-holiday business days for delivery.

 

USPS:

Priority Mail: 2-3 business days (NOT GUARANTEED) - price based on weight and distance.
Express Mail: Overnight, most locations - price based on weight and distance. Orders must be received by 1 p.m. Mountain Time.
First-Class Mail: 2-4 business days - price based on weight, shape of package, and destination.
