When my beloved dogs Tasha and Niki died in 2002, nothing anyone said or did could console me. Some friends and family members and even a veterinarian or two were thoughtful enough to send condolence cards or flowers. Mostly, as I have learned through speaking with hundreds of other pet guardians over the years, a common thread among those of us who have lost a pet is that our grief is not understood, not comfortable for others, and, worse yet, not acknowledged. True loving support is difficult, if not impossible, to find.

As a huge "thank you" gift for our Angel's Gate Hospice for Animals charity, we were delighted to be commissioned to create this one-of-a-kind deluxe dog-lover gift basket for Rachel Ray and her dog Isaboo.

Filled with gourmet treats and gifts a celebrity cook would absolutely love and organic play toys and organic treats for Isaboo, we know that this gift basket was a hit. We paid particular attention to our charity's angelic theme and logo colors and believe we captured the essence of not only the gift giver but the gift receivers.
